You grant Yumwoof the right to use, edit, and distribute any comments you submit. You are solely responsible for the content of your submissions.

Personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, violating intellectual property rights, submitting malicious code, scraping data, or interfering with site security.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Yumwoof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yumwoof and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or Yumwoof. Obligations incurred prior to termination survive.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yumwoof regarding the Service.

A. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AND CONSENT

We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the website, process orders, prevent fraud, measure site performance, and support advertising and attribution.

Certain analytics and advertising technologies (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising pixels) may load automatically when you visit the site in order to operate, secure, and measure the Service.

We provide you with the ability to manage your preferences for analytics, advertising, and other non-essential technologies through our cookie/consent manager, including the ability to opt out where applicable.

B. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Yumwoof may elect to waive arbitration and proceed in court at its sole discretion. Such waiver does not waive the Class Action Waiver.

D. CLASS ACTION WAIVER (INDEPENDENT)

You and Yumwoof agree that claims may only be brought in an individual capacity. This Class Action Waiver is independent of the arbitration agreement and survives even if arbitration is found unenforceable.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

You agree to consult a veterinarian before feeding Yumwoof products and assume all risks associated with consumption. Yumwoof is not liable for health outcomes.

By opting into SMS, you consent to receive marketing and transactional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out. Disputes relating to SMS are governed by Section 18.
