Select the amount of 99% lean ground chicken you'll cook and use the corresponding ingredient quantities.

How To Make It
Heat oven to 250°F.
In a large roasting pan, combine the ground chicken, chicken broth, chopped celery and Yumwoof Mix.
Bake for 90 minutes. Remove from oven but leave oven on.
Evenly distribute crackers across the top of the mix, then return to oven for another 30 minutes.
Remove and let cool for 30 minutes.
Store in sealed container. Stays fresh refrigerated for 3 days, and in the freezer for up to 6 months.
